Cheryl L. Malfi, Ed.D, has been a professional educator for 43 years. She was an elementary school teacher for 13 years, an elementary principal for 18 years, and a Director of Elementary Education and Federal Projects for four years. For the past eight years, Dr. Malfi has served as Field Placement Coordinator for both undergraduate and graduate education.
Currently, Dr. Malfi is the Field Placement Coordinator for undergraduate education and is Assistant Professor teaching in the College of Arts, Sciences & Professional Studies.
Dr. Malfi serves on the General Education Committee and the newly forming First Gen Committee. She works hard to establish strong relationships with school districts in Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware, and Philadelphia counties for the purpose of providing exemplary field placements and experiences in the schools.
Outside of work, Dr. Malfi is committed to her church, where she leads a Wednesday night Bible study; coached cheerleading for Upward Sports; leads youth during Ninja Warrior Summer Camp; serves as a Greeter for both services on Sunday mornings; and plans social activities for the Bible Study Group.
