Howard Knorr has been president of Noetic Software, Inc. since 1993 and a lecturer of Computer Information Science at Gwynedd Mercy University since 2012. He earned his bachelor's in electrical engineering from Wilkes University and his master's in software development and management from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
