Professor Kimberly Reedy began her career at Gwynedd Mercy University in the Counseling Department in May 2018. She has a passion for educating future counselors and sharing her professional counseling experience with her graduate and undergraduate students. Professor Reedy is a graduate of the University of South Alabama with a major in Psychology. She went on to obtain her Masters in Counseling from Sam Houston State University.
Professor Reedy started her counseling career in 2006 as a high school college connections counselor. She worked closely with the district career and technical education department as well as the local community college to provide her students with college and career counseling services. She enjoyed making sure her students have a plan to reach their career goals. Professor Reedy enjoys being active with her family by camping, fishing, hiking and biking. She also enjoys spending time playing with her dogs.
