Adjunct Lecturer Naderia Wade instructs online graduate courses in the Master Teacher Education program at Gwynedd Mercy University. Dr. Wade earned a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Florida Memorial University and a Masters in English (Writing and Linguistics) from Northwestern State University, LA. She also earned specialist and doctoral degrees in Education (Instructional Leadership) with an emphasis in writing instruction.
Prior to academia, Dr. Wade spent 11 years a secondary English Teacher and she also served as a Gifted Lead, Professional Development Lead, and as an Advanced Placement Coordinator for several years. Dr. Wade currently serves as an Educational Consultant and as a Question Leader for Advanced Placement Capstone, a two-year program designed to assess students' skills in research, analysis, evidence-based arguments, collaboration, writing, and presenting.
Her research interests including writing pedagogies, research writing, qualitative research, and rhetorical literacy education.
