Dr. McGowan joined the adjunct faculty for the graduate nursing programs at Gwynedd Mercy University in August of 2022. She has worked in a variety of outpatient pediatric care settings.
Dr. McGowan proudly received her ASN, BSN, and MSN at Gwynedd Mercy University; and completed her doctorate at Georgetown University. She is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner and currently is on staff at Abington-Jefferson Health.
Dr. McGowan is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the National Honor Society for Nurses, and National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners.
