Virginia (Ginny) Barrett took her early career in the business world and developed the knowledge and skills to be an asset to the educational world. She spent over 25 years assisting students as an outreach counselor, a school/college counselor and an administrator in the public school system. Over this time, Ginny revamped several school programs such as career education management as well as opened a new high school of over 1800 students.
In order to continue using her acquired knowledge, Ginny became a consultant creating a Success Plan so that students K-12 can find resources to develop their own individual career path. Ginny enjoys the extension of working in higher education to mentor the next generation of student services personnel.
Ginny enjoys sharing time with her family and pet, playing tennis and reading.
