  • Small class sizes organized within a cohort model — and in-person weekend residency on our beautiful campus in Gwynedd, Pa. — that allow you to expand your professional network and create meaningful relationships with colleagues. Cost of the weekend residency is built into your tuition.
  • An accelerated course schedule, which focuses on one course at a time in seven-week blocks, except for one in-person weekend residency
  • Rigorous coursework to help you develop the skills, knowledge, and disposition associated with effective college teaching
  • Instruction and mentorship from field-experienced faculty members who are passionate about helping shape a new generation of education leaders. In fact, Program Director Raymond Bandlow, PhD, received this prestigious award for innovation in higher education from the American Association of University Administrators.
