Philosophy Minor
Students have described GMercyU’s Philosophy courses as some of the most engaging, thought-provoking ones they've taken.
This minor will help you develop many of the “soft” skills that employers value, from how to ask the right questions as you develop an opinion to how to express it through effective written and oral communication.
If you have a GMercyU major other than Philosophy, you can earn a minor in Philosophy by:
- Completing 18 credits
- Completing all prerequisites for the required and elective courses
- Earning a minimum grade of C for each course; C- grades are not acceptable
