GMercyU Biology Alum Named Top Physician Under 40
Gwynedd Mercy University alumna Jennifer Lorine, DO '06 was recently named to 2017 Pennsylvania's Top Physicians Under 40 list by the Pennsylvania Medical Society. Dr. Lorine was just one of 41 physicians from throughout Pennsylvania who made the prestigious list.
Dr. Lorine started her career as an Osteopathic Physician after graduating from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) in 2010. She opened her private practice in 2014 in Blue Bell, Pa. where she practices Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine and focuses on helping each patient achieve optimal health. Dr. Lorine is a strong advocate of pain relief without the use of narcotic medications in light of the country's opioid epidemic.
Outside of her practice, Dr. Lorine is involved in numerous organizations, serving on both the POMA Board of Trustees and the Montgomery County Medical Society Board. She also serves as a clinical instructor at PCOM and lectures at area hospitals and educational programs.
The honorees were selected for their outstanding contributions to the practice of medicine and the delivery of patient care, despite being early in their medical careers. Learn more about Dr. Lorine's GMercyU experience and life after graduation.
