GMercyU Partners with Bucks County Intermediate Unit

Gwynedd Mercy University and the Bucks County Intermediate Unit (BCIU) have signed an agreement that gives BCIU employees the opportunity to pursue a higher education degree from GMercyU at a discounted tuition rate.

"Gwynedd Mercy University is thrilled to offer employees of the Bucks County Intermediate Unit an opportunity to continue their education," Gwynedd Mercy University President Deanne H. D'Emilio, JD said. "It's especially exciting to partner with an organization that shares our commitment to service and excellence in education."

With this partnership, Bucks County Intermediate Unit employees will have access to a Gwynedd Mercy University education with a 10% tuition discount. Employees will have the option to enroll in any of the University's undergraduate or graduate degree programs. They can choose from programs offered on GMercyU's Gwynedd Valley campus, two satellite campus locations, or online.

"We are continuously looking for new opportunities to offer our employees," Bucks County Intermediate Unit Director of Programs and Services Rachel Holler, EdD said. "Partnering with Gwynedd Mercy University allows us to provide our employees with the education they need to advance in their careers and improve their skills."

Bucks County Intermediate Unit operates as a regional educational service agency to provide cost-effective, management-efficient programs to public and private K-12 schools, school districts, and the community of Bucks County.
