Hobbit House Celebrates "P" Day

Gwynedd Mercy University's President Deanne H. D'Emilio made a special appearance at the Valie Genuardi Hobbit House to celebrate "P" Day.

Students at Hobbit House, lovingly referred to as "hobbits," invited President D'Emilio to mark the annual holiday honoring their favorite letter. Hobbits wore pajamas, ate pancakes, and of course, celebrated with the President.

The Valie Genuardi Hobbit House is a licensed childhood development nursey and preschool on GMercyU's Gwynedd Valley campus. It also serves as GMercyU's lab school for specific programs such as Biology, Early Childhood Education and Nursing. Students are able to gain hands-on experiences without leaving campus.
