Griffins to Host Cyclones for Side-Out Foundation Dig Pink Game

By Greg Gornick

This year, thousands of volleyball athletes from around the country will participate in The Side-Out Foundation’s Dig Pink® program. Middle school, high school, college, club, and adult teams will advocate for those living with metastatic breast cancer (MBC) in their communities while raising funds for The Side-Out Foundation.

Donations from Dig Pink events support MBC patients’ participation in Side-Out’s Precision Medicine Analysis Program in addition to supporting the foundation’s own ongoing breast cancer research.

The Gwynedd Mercy University Women’s Volleyball team will host a Dig Pink® match on Wednesday, October 16 to support The Side-Out Foundation. Recent alumni will be in attendance and collection buckets will be on-hand for those looking to donate. To donate online, visit the GMercyU Women's Volleyball Team Griffins Dig Pink® 2024 campaign. The team will also be hosting a 50/50 raffle.
