Gwynedd Athletics and AEC Announce Fall Athlete Academic Awards

Gwynedd Athletics named 142 Griffins to the Fall 2024 Academic Elite list for earning a grade point average (GPA) of 3.5 or higher. Overall, the Griffins had a combined GPA of 3.34. Of the 142 Griffins named to the Fall 2024 Academic Elite, 36 Griffins earned a 4.0 GPA.

In addition, Gwynedd Athletics announced the top female team GPA was awarded to Women’s Cross Country (3.76 GPA) and the top male team GPA was awarded to Men’s Cross Country (3.85 GPA).

The Atlantic East Conference (AEC) also shared fall athlete academic awards. GMercyU’s Women’s Soccer (3.70 GPA) and Men’s Cross Country (3.85 GPA) teams earned the highest team GPA in the conference.
