GMercyU Hosts Nursing Career Fair

Nursing Career Event March 2025Gwynedd Mercy University’s Career Development Center hosted a recruitment fair on Monday, March 17 for its nursing students, who are just back from spring break.  

Area hospitals and organizations such as Cooper University Health Care, Doylestown Hospital, Grand View Health, Jefferson Health, Lehigh Valley Health Network, Liberty Lutheran Services, Main Line Health, St. Luke’s University Health Network, Tower Health, and Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic were in attendance.   

“This event has been really informative and an amazing opportunity to get to speak with these organizations,” said BSN major Karli D’Antonio ’25. Karli hopes to launch her career in a med-surgical or telemetry unit.  

“This event helps connect students and employers. I am hopeful that this event will lead to some interviews and job offers for students,” said Nick Schaefer, Director of Career Development.    

In addition to hosting career fairs for other majors, GMercyU’s Career Development Center offers resume workshops, LinkedIn advice, mock interviews, and more. 

GMercyU’s partnership with Handshake also gives students and alumni access to more than 750,000 employers for internship and job opportunities.
